2.2 Snap & Snack Feature
This optional AI-powered mood-detection tool analyzes facial expressions only for recommending chocolates suited to the user’s emotional profile. Data processing is temporary and isolated.
2.3 Sweet Spot Quizzes
These quizzes evaluate taste preferences and lifestyle traits. Results are generated algorithmically to match users with optimal bundles.
2.4 Create-a-Bundle Feature
Users may freely build their own chocolate bundles. Interaction data is stored only as required for cart and account functionality.
3. Disclaimers
3.1 AI and Algorithmic Limitations
AI outputs such as mood recommendations and quiz results are estimates only and may not be fully accurate. They do not represent any form of medical or psychological diagnosis.
3.2 Image Use and Processing
Snap & Snack images are processed in accordance with RA 10173 and GDPR data minimization principles. Images are not stored and are not used for biometric profiling or surveillance.

3.4 Shipping Disclaimer
Chocolate may melt during transit. Product condition affected by temperature cannot be guaranteed.
